What is a MSP?

A managed services provider (MSP) is an information technology (IT) services provider that manages and assumes responsibility for providing an agreed to set of services.

These services may be provided proactively or as the services are needed.

What are Break/Fix or On-Demand Services?

A.

The IT service provider only performs the work when contacted by the customer and notified about an issue.  The specifically requested work is done and the service provider then bills the customer for the work done.

A.

Cloud services are any service that a business uses that are developed, hosted and managed by another company outside of the company network.
